Secretary
of the Diocesan Convention
The Secretary of the Diocesan Convention is also the Secretary of the Diocese.
The Secretary is responsible for: giving timely notice of regular and special
meetings of the Diocesan Convention; recording the proceedings of the Diocesan
Convention; and preserving the journal and records of Convention.

Treasurer
of the Diocese
The Treasurer is the financial officer of the diocese and is responsible for
receiving and disbursing the funds of the diocese. All expenses and obligations,
as provided for in the diocesan budget, are paid by the Treasurer. The Treasurer
is also the chairman of the Diocesan Finance Committee.
